3. Call Recording Policy
🔒 We do NOT record your calls. Your conversations are private and are not stored, monitored, or accessed by us.
While we do not record call audio, we do store call history metadata (phone numbers, duration, timestamps, and costs) for billing purposes and to provide you with your call history. You can delete your call history at any time from your account settings.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the SparrowCall service
- Process payments and manage your account balance
- Send you service-related communications

5. Data Storage and Security

You can delete your account at any time directly from your account settings. When your account is deleted:
- Your account and login credentials will be permanently removed
- All associated records including call history, payment history, and personal information will be permanently deleted
- This action is irreversible and cannot be undone
