1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SparrowCall, a service provided by Parijat Software Inc., a company located in Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using SparrowCall, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our service.
2. Description of Service
SparrowCall provides a web-based platform for making international voice calls to landlines and mobile phones worldwide. The service operates on a prepaid credit system with no subscriptions or recurring charges.
- Calls are made directly from your web browser
- Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per call
- Call rates vary by destination country
- No monthly subscriptions or hidden fees
3. Account Registration
To use SparrowCall, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments and Credits
Credit Purchases:
- Credits are purchased through our secure payment system powered by Stripe
- All payments are in US Dollars (USD)
- Credits do not expire
- New users receive a one-time welcome bonus credit
Refund Policy:
- Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
- Bonus credits and promotional credits are non-refundable

5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use SparrowCall to:
- Make harassing, threatening, or fraudulent calls
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit spam, unsolicited commercial calls, or robocalls
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Call Quality and Availability
While we strive to provide high-quality service, we cannot guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service availability
- Specific call quality levels (which depend on your internet connection)
- Connectivity to all phone numbers worldwide
- Successful completion of all call attempts
SparrowCall is not intended as a replacement for traditional phone service and should not be relied upon for emergency calls.
7. Emergency Services
⚠️ SparrowCall does NOT support calls to emergency services (911, 999, 112, etc.). Do not rely on this service for emergency communications.
8. Privacy and Call Data
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Key points: We do NOT record your calls. We store call history (metadata only) for billing purposes, which you can delete at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
SparrowCall, including its logo, design, and content, is the property of Parijat Software Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARIJAT SOFTWARE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or call failures
- Actions of third parties using the service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parijat Software Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of SparrowCall or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment or payment disputes
- Extended periods of inactivity
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any remaining credits (excluding bonus credits) may be refunded upon request.
Account Deletion:
You have the right to delete your account at any time directly from your account settings. When you delete your account:
- Your account will be permanently deleted
- All associated records, including call history, will be permanently removed
- Any remaining credits will be forfeited unless a refund is requested beforehand
- This action is irreversible
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of SparrowCall after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
